1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item differs significantly from its description
  • The product is missing accessories mentioned in the listing

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals and tags must be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Digital products or services
  • Products with broken seals (for hygiene and authenticity reasons)

3. Return Window

You must request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the product
  • Verify the return claim
  • Notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved: Your refund will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout. Processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements if your product is:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product), we cover return shipping.
  • If the return is for any other reason, you may need to pay the return shipping charges.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • You may request a return once the product is delivered.

9. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can process your request quickly.
